“Scout Perfect” Sports & Citizenship Campout Weekend at the Troop 771 Scout Barn Friday, November 10th – Sunday, November 12th

“Scout Perfect” Sports & Citizenship Campout Weekend at the Scout Barn Friday, November 10th – Sunday, November 12th as we participate in Veteran’s Day Parade and attend Minor League Ice Hockey sporting event on Saturday night!
    

-This is a two night campout at the Scout Barn, Friday and Saturday, with a visit on Saturday Night to the NRH NYTEX Sports Centre to see the Lone Star Brahmas play Ice Hockey up close as we have seats reserved in the 1st row along the glass wall surrounding the rink. Scouts will get to participate in the pre-game activities by posting the colors and leading the pledge and get a shout out on the big screen.

-On Saturday, Troop 771 scouts & guests will participate in the Roanoke VFW Post 5074 Veteran’s Day Parade from 11a-1p by carrying banners in the parade for the Veterans while also passing out flags along the parade route.

-All weekend, Scouts will also create their own “Scout Perfect” trick shot videos as they learn more about various sports and staying physically fit.

-We will also work on advancement requirements this weekend to work towards helping scouts advance in rank.

-Scouts are welcome to bring along a friend and Pack 192 AOL Webelos are also invited to join us!

BSA Registered Parents with current Youth Protection Training can also attend or assist with transportation.
